Thanksgiving Safety Tips from the CDC

There is no question that we are living in unprecedented, if not precarious, times. The Centers For Disease Control strongly suggests that people stay home this Thanksgiving and keep in-person holiday celebrations to just those who live in the same household. For sure, if someone isn’t feeling well and/or is displaying any symptoms of the disease, please stay home. The use of virtual meeting technology is very much encouraged. However, if you are determined to visit people in person for the holiday, there are some things you can do to make sure you and your guests are kept as safe and healthy as possible.

  • If the weather permits, try having the celebration outside.
  • Make sure people maintain as much distance between one another as possible.
  • Anyone not actively eating or drinking should be wearing a mask.
  • Make sure there is plenty of hand sanitizer around.

Everyone at Team Gunther Kia wants you and your family to have a wonderful and safe start to the holiday season. If there is something we can do to help with that, please let us know.
