How is the 2021 Kia Telluride different from the 2020 model? 

The Kia class of 2021 has been shown to be one of the most exciting in recent memory. Not only has our manufacturing partner added a couple new models to the lineup, the K5 sedan and the Seltos crossover SUV, but they have also continued to update much of its existing vehicle roster. So, how is the 2021 Kia Telluride different from the 2020 model? For the new model year, Kia has introduced a new highly refined, yet capable, Nightfall Edition and it made some changes to the three-row crossover SUVavailable equipment that will make it easier to use as well as help it stand out from the crowd. Let’s take a closer look at a few things you might need to know.

What is included with the new Telluride Nightfall Edition? 

If a Team Gunther Kia customer is interested in a 2021 Kia Telluride Nightfall Edition, they will already be getting one of the most well-equipped versions of the three-row crossover SUV available. 

In order for a potential buyer to take a Nightfall Edition home with them, they will need to choose either the EX and SX models.  

Once the base trim is chosen (EX or SX), buyers will be getting a choice of several exterior color schemes, White Pearl, Everlasting Silver, Gravity Gray, Ebony Black, Sangria, Black Copper and Dark Moss. Additionally, the interior of each Nightfall Edition model will be outfitted with a Wolf Gray interior hue. Only the Nightfall Edition will offer the Wolf Gray interior scheme. 

New 2021 Telluride Convenience/Capability Features 

Kia is carrying over the same high-performance powertrain for the 2021 Telluride. However, it will be easier for Telluride owners to use the vehicle’s 5,000-pound towing capacity. The automaker has upgraded the trailer wiring harness from four to seven pins. Additionally, Kia has added a remote engine start button to the crossover SUV’s key fob.
