Changes for the 2018 Kia Rio
The Kia Rio has been one of the longest serving models in the automaker’s lineup. An all new version, marking the vehicle’s fourth generation, was unveiled in New York a few months ago. Kia designers in Europe, the U.S. and Korea all collaborated to make the 2018 Kia Rio a class leader by building the car to be a style leader, well-equipped and wonderfully fuel efficient. The changes made for the new 2018 Kia Rio include an upgrade to the vehicle’s infotainment system which includes smartphone integration. Additionally, the 2018 Kia Rio comes in sedan and hatchback body styles.

“Value has always been a core tenet for the Kia brand and the all-new Rio sedan and 5-door continue to underscore our commitment to those buyers looking for an entry-level vehicle but desire more than what the subcompact segment currently offers,” Orth Hedrick, vice president of product planning, KMA said in a press release. “This fourth-generation Rio makes significant improvements over its predecessor in design, technology and passenger comfort, resulting in an even better value proposition for our customers while raising the bar in the small-car segment.”
